License Agreement – Personal Use Only

This License Agreement is a legal contract between you (“Licensee”) and MechMade.com.
By purchasing, downloading, or using any digital product (“Product”) from MechMade.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
- Grant of License
1.1 Licensor grants Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Product strictly for personal use only.
1.2 This license allows you to download, print, or display the Product for private, non-commercial purposes.
- Restrictions
Licensee shall not, under any circumstances:
Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, lease, or transfer the Product or any derivative thereof, in digital or physical form.
Upload or make available the Product, in whole or in part, on any marketplace, file-sharing service, website, or platform.
Modify, adapt, or incorporate the Product into any work intended for commercial distribution, sale, or licensing.
Claim authorship, copyright, or ownership of the Product.
- Intellectual Property Rights
3.1 All Products remain the sole and exclusive intellectual property of MechMade.com.
3.2 Purchase of a Product does not transfer ownership or copyright.
3.3 Any unauthorized use constitutes a violation of copyright law and will be subject to legal action, including but not limited to injunctive relief, damages, and recovery of attorney’s fees.
- Termination
4.1 This license is automatically terminated if the Licensee breaches any term of this Agreement.
4.2 Upon termination, the Licensee must immediately delete and permanently remove all copies of the Product in their possession.
4.3 Licensor reserves the right to pursue all remedies available under law for violations.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
5.1 Products are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
5.2 Licensor makes no guarantee that the Product will be error-free or compatible with all devices, software, or hardware.
- Limitation of Liability
6.1 In no event shall Licensor be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, loss of data, profits, or business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use the Product.
6.2 Liability of the Licensor shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the Licensee.
- No Refunds on Digital Goods
7.1 Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
7.2 By purchasing a Product, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund, exchange, or credit under any circumstances.
- License Verification & Enforcement
8.1 Licensor reserves the right to use digital watermarking, order IDs, or other technical measures to verify the lawful purchase and usage of Products.
8.2 Unauthorized distribution, resale, or public sharing of the Product may be traceable to the Licensee and will result in legal enforcement actions.
- Governing Law & Jurisdiction
9.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
- Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Licensor and Licensee and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the Product.
